Welcome to OS Command Center. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal and financial data you track within our utility. This Privacy Policy explains our zero-surveillance approach and details exactly what data is collected, how it is secured, and your rights as an operator.
We strictly collect only the information you explicitly provide to operate the software. We do not run background surveillance.
We do not track your IP address. We do not track your physical GPS location. We do not connect to your bank, and we do not collect routing numbers or hidden financial telemetry.
Data is utilized exclusively for platform operation and performance scaling:
We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal or financial data to advertisers or third-party marketing networks.
Your data is only processed by essential infrastructure providers (e.g., our cloud hosting and database providers, Vercel and Supabase) required to keep the software online and encrypted. We may also disclose data if strictly required to comply with law enforcement, court orders, or to protect the platform against illegal abuse.
You retain absolute sovereignty over your records. By contacting engineering support, you may request a complete export of your data or a permanent account purge. Account deletion is a manual process executed by our administrators.
System Backup Reality: When an account is purged, active database rows are destroyed. However, encrypted snapshot backups of the server may retain remnants of your data for up to 30 days before being permanently overwritten by automated lifecycle rules.
As new modules (such as Agency or YouTube integrations) are deployed, this Privacy Policy may be updated. If significant changes occur regarding data processing, operators will be notified within the software interface.
