Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing or initializing an account on OS Command Center ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account. By using the Software, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not utilize the platform.

2. Nature of the Service (Non-Brokerage)

MANDATORY FINANCIAL DISCLAIMER

OS Command Center is strictly a personal organization, manual tracking, and journaling utility. We are not registered financial advisors, brokers, or tax professionals.

  • The Software does not connect to banks or brokerage accounts.
  • The Software does not execute trades, move funds, or provide stock signals.
  • You are 100% responsible for your own financial, investment, and trading decisions.
  • We do not guarantee any profits and shall hold zero liability for financial losses incurred by users tracking their data on this platform.

3. User Conduct & Account Termination

The v1.0 release is explicitly restricted to a 100-user cap to maintain stability. Creating multiple accounts to bypass this limit is prohibited.

We enforce a strict abuse policy. We reserve the right to manually investigate and terminate any account, without notice, if we detect: uploading sexually explicit material, utilizing threatening or abusive language, or attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, manipulate APIs, or maliciously scrape the Software infrastructure.

4. Voluntary Donations

Contributions made via the "Donate" module (using UPI, PayPal, or alternate gateways) are completely voluntary financial gifts directed to the independent developer to subsidize server costs and engineering time.

Donations do not constitute the purchase of equity, securities, or premium commercial deliverables. Because they are operational gifts, they are strictly non-refundable and do not qualify as tax-deductible charitable contributions under 80G or global equivalents.

5. Intellectual Property

OS Command Center’s branding, proprietary code, user interface designs, and overall architecture belong exclusively to the creator. You are strictly prohibited from copying, cloning, reverse-engineering, reselling, or commercially redistributing the software's code or assets without explicit authorization.

6. "As Is" Warranty & Governing Law

The Software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we engineer for maximum uptime, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or entirely error-free.

These Terms of Service, and any disputes arising out of your use of the platform, shall be governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
